El Segundo Middle School Vision Statement
Staff and students at El Segundo Middle School will promote an emotionally, physically, and academically safe environment. We will engage in a continuous learning process which emphasizes team-building, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills. The educational process will integrate family, community, and business. We will create an educational climate that will encourage awareness, acceptance, and an appreciation of differences in culture, learning styles, and personalities. The school community will commit to helping make these goals a reality.
