CAT Team The Richmond Street School Student Conflict Action Team or "CAT" is a conflict management program involving 30 fourth and fifth grade students. This program teaches fifth grade students the steps of conflict resolution. The group meets once each week. Students provide service to the school by mediating playground problems for the lower grades at recess and lunch. They can be recognized on campus by their "CAT" Team jackets.
