Classroom Management
Our class came up with one rule that would cover all the situations
that arise. It is:
“Use Good Manners”
Consequences- Individual
When a student chooses not to follow these rules:
The first time a student breaks a rule they are given a warning. |
The second time a student breaks a rule they will have a time out. |
The third time a student breaks a rule they will receive a note and a call home. If a note is sent home it needs to be signed by a parent and returned to school the next day. |
Consequences- Groups
Students also receive recognition for good behavior at their tables. There are 5 tables with 4 students at each table. We keep a running tally record of “table point’s.” The table to win 15 "table points" first are rewarded with lunch with the teacher.

Students who behave appropriately will be positively rewarded with: |
